How can I disconnect my device from my Job Bank user account?
You can disconnect your device from your user account on Job Bank at any time. To do so:
- Go to Job Bank for Job Seekers and log in to your user account.
- Click on your name at the top right corner of your Dashboard.
- Select "My user account" from the list.
- Click on the "Connect a device" tab.
- Click on "Disconnect device" beside the device you wish to disconnect.
You can also disconnect a device directly from the Job Bank mobile app. To do so:
- Open the Job Bank mobile app and tap on the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Under "User account", tap on "Disconnect".
Important: Note that if you decide to disconnect your device from your user account, all your alerts, favourites and search history will be erased from the mobile app. This includes any data you saved on the app before connecting it to your user account.
